Arm Lifting
Tegument laxity might occur at any level, including at the arm level. In this area it is very obvious and inconvenient. Tegument laxity occurs around 40s; it can be treated and prevented through massage and physical exercises.
Recently some procedures to treat and prevent the installation of this laxness have appeared, called practices of laser therapy.
While we grow old the laxness will show more and will require a surgical correction. The surgery consists of lifting and excision the excess skin at the arm level, through an incision to be placed in the armpits. In some cases this incision will be associated with another, located on the longitudinal axle of the arm and on its inside face.
The surgery is performed under general anesthesia for the patient to enjoy the best comfort. It could be practiced on women and men.
