Breast Lifting with Silicone Implants

There are cases of mammary ptosis (fall) that could be solved by mounting mammary implants, which means that the procedure of breast increase with implants will also solve the ptosis. Frequently, a periareolar correction of the skin surplus is needed, procedure which is known as periareolar mastopexy.

Usually patients with ptosed breasts are unhappy with the look of their breasts especially at the level of the superior pole (superior half) of the breasts, the area where the lack of volume is the most visible, the cleavage missing the contour independent of the bra used. This is the reason for which in case of patients affected by mammary ptosis round, highly bossy implants are usually recommended.
