Penis Elongation
The penis consists of two parts: a fixed part located under the skin and a mobile part which forms the body of the penis.
The penis consists of two erectile corps (those structures which, once filled with blood, determine the erection): cavernous corps and spongiosum corp. These structures have fixed sizes and no procedure could be performed on them.
Normal penis sizes for an adult, in passive conditions, are approximately 10 cm long and have a 7 to 9 cm circumference. During erection the sizes considered normal frame between 10 and 20 cm length, and the thickness could vary 8 to 14 cm of circumference.
Penis elongation is performed through a surgical procedure at the level of the fixed part located under the skin, close to the pelvis where the penis and erectile corps roots are located. These are powerfully fixed in the perineum through many ligaments.
The penis elongation surgery sections one of these ligaments allowing for penis elongation. The increase of the penis dimensions occurs in both sizes, passive and erection. Through this surgery 2 to 5 cm of length could be gained, function of the anatomical particularities of each patient.
The surgery cannot be done but once, cannot be repeated and it is not reversible (it cannot come back to the shape and sizes before the surgery).
